Hello. I have a 2yo femaile and the same thing happened to her, she does however, have bladder stones. She had 3 occurrences, out of nowhere, which baffled us as well. She had a urine culture and xrays done. Vet said it usually happens when estrogen levels decrease and usually within 9 months of being spayed. She was spayed over a year ago. She said it may just go away , but left a prescription for her ready if it continued. Hasn’t happened again, knock on wood. I ended up buying waterproof dog throw blankets since it would occur on our bed. I know what your going through. I hope you find an answer or hopefully just goes away as well.
