Ok Im not sure why you are putting "sigh" at this but whatever... Ive already told you what Ive told you and you've told me what you've told me..

I cannot get on here but now and then... I do have email notifications turned on NOW.. but I didnt before..

Just an update.. Laylah has been absolutely fine.. I have her on Lactolose as said previously and I do have a script for Keppra... I will have her retested in 3 months for her blood work and bile acids if need be...

Ive already taken her to another vet whom I showed videos of what she does in an episode.

He said that is not a seizure, that is called a focal episode and it is nearly always some to do with the brain.

He also said that because this is a focal episode that Keppra will likely not do anything the same way as phenobarbital did not do anything. He said I can try it if I like to and its not hurtful to her liver but he doesnt have high hopes that it will work in a focal episode. He felt that she may need something else instead

He also said what I am feeding her is also fine.. He does not think there is anything wrong with Primal dog food..

He is unsure why her bile acid came back that high unless of course there is a shunt but he is saying the same as I and that this is not a seizure as in a grand mal seizure that most think of when the word seizure is said. He wants me to redo the test with them in 120 days

I explained that when she does this that she comes when called, she does not drool but she will walk herself for hours unless she can sit with me until she will finally fall relax enough to sleep.

He said this walking could also have some to do with separation anxiety in addition to underlying condition.

Thats all for now.. I will post more when I know more...
