Yep, I dealt with it for months with my yorkie, Jax. It scared me half to death at first. Here’s my post from the first time it happened, so you can compare your experience:

As noted in the post, it started when Jax was between ten and eleven months old, and Jax only weighed about four pounds, so it was scary. Every episode — only about twice a month, but that was twice a month too often — was similar.

The vet said it was bilious vomiting syndrome and that I had to get Jax to eat more frequently. A tall order, unfortunately, because as a pup, Jax had almost no interest in food of any kind, including treats. He refused to eat unless he decided he was hungry — and he was never hungry in the morning. So it was a running battle to coax food into him at regular enough intervals to prevent the bilious vomiting.

Fortunately, he’s gotten better about eating as he’s gotten older (he’ll be two in September), and he hasn’t had a bilious episode for more than five months.
