I think someone suggested spaying a little water on the dry food and sprinkle cheese on it.. cottage cheese might be good mixed with the kibble.. Or try soaking the hard food a little with water and put it in the microwave for a few seconds... I think the heat brings out the aroma.
also depending on her size and the size of the kibble she may not need much of it..
try this first thing in the morning when she is most likely to be hungry.
