You will have to remove some kibble so she doesn't continue to gain weight, then give her the frozen green beans.
Cody has the same issue. Mornings I give him his regular amount, evenings I give him 1/2 his regular amount, in a separate bowl (because he does not like wet kibble, he likes his crunchy) I give him 1/4 cup green beans. This has kept his weight down for the last 3 years.
Frozen, thawed he doesn't care, he is not a fussy eater.
