If there is a certain place you want him to go outside take his poo there for inside and then take him to that spot to go poo and don't let him have the ability to move around the whole yard just stay near that one spot. Do not give him free roam in the house either when you know he is going to go to the bathroom. My youngest put off big signals she was going to go and if she didn't go outside my eyes did not come off of her and when I knew she was getting ready I snagged her up and we went outside and didn't come in until she went.
