Hmmmm... My cousin paid $1200 for her yorkie and he's 8 lbs. My girlfriend paid $5000 for her yorkie and he's 3 lbs. I visited many breeders and they were quoting me prices based on size. However, sometimes, even though the parents were small their babies grow up to be big. They're just like us... they come in all shapes and sizes. I have a 12 lb. doggie too (westie mix) and she is PERFECT. Not too small and not too big... My brother is tall even though both our parents are short! It's so hard to know.
Congratulations on your baby! You're going to love her!!! Preston has a BIG personality and is smart as a whip!!! We've really enjoyed having him except have had to be extra careful because of his tiny size... Either way, they become part of the family and we love them and they love us ;D |
