She needs to be in a pen when she can not be watched. When she starts doing it she needs to be told a firm no and the give or distracted with a toy or chew. Puppies and dogs get into trouble when they are bored. Besides long walks she needs physical play time like chase the toy and play tug. Dog puzzles and kongs are good idea too. If she still won’t leave those things alone you can rub some deodorant on the baseboards. Just because she had her baby teeth removed does not mean that she doesn’t still have adult teeth coming in which is what would make her chew.
