Yikes, absolutely not. A Biewer terrier is a separate breed,
a Parti is a yorkie, the parti color does not have a specific color pattern as a Biewer Terrier has.
One can be duped into buying a Parti thinking it's a Biewer Terrier if they haven't done their homework on Biewers.
