AKC recognizes only one color combination as far as conformation classes are concerned - Blue and Tan, but when registering with AKC other color options are available. And we all know that just because a dog is full blooded (or even registered) doesn't mean it is a good quality specimen. Sadly false advertising for monetary gain is a common practice with unethical breeders. It is up to the individual looking to purchase a pup to research their breeders. |
