It could be there are lower cases of heartworm because many ppl are giving their animals a protection pill against it, the 59 cases you bring out could be from animals that have had no protection meds. You are now changing from one brand of protection to another, you may not see any change in the first Interceptor Plus pill because your baby has 3 months of Tri-Heart meds in his system, it takes time to get these meds out of their system. I would not base reaction giving one pill of Interceptor Plus and there is still diarrhea, that could be from Tri-heart and not the Interceptor Plus.
