We have not had issues but I generally buy a year supply in January so maybe I have it before the change. I have always used it even my parents used it on our dogs growing up with no issues. I heard that interceptor is going to stop producing it soon but not sure if that is true or not. I would never not give heart worm protection because if your dog gets heart worms and lives through it they will be left with significant heart damage. In order to get rid of heart worms you have to poison your dog and it costs over $1000. It’s just not safe to give nothing. Haven’t you be having diarrhea issues for awhile? Are you sure it is even the preventive?
