At first, he'll be confused, rattled, very unhappy and disgruntled by it all but a smart dog with a good dog handler whom he trusts will soon accept the new situation as his lot in life and go along, eventually happily if you treat it all as a fun new game. | He sleeps in a crate at night but I couldn’t put him in one during the day it wouldn’t be fair. Generally with puppies I’m training I shut all the doors to rooms I can and watch them very well and take them out often. He is actually doing much much better. He is reacting to the word pee pee more then he ever has and seems to get that means to go outside. The little hunter though gets distracted sometimes by bugs so I just have to get his attention and remind him it’s pee pee time.
