I'm so glad to see that people are not using Greenies if anyone is still using them PLEASE stop. I lost my 10mo. Lhasa Apso about 1 month ago. She loved her Greenies..... I gave them to her since I brought her home. One Sunday she woke up and was vomitting. There were big chucks of her Greenies in it. I just thought she hadnt chew her greenie up well and it made her sick. She vomitted several times through out the day. I didnt think much about it since she was still full of energy. The next morning she was a different dog. Weak, and still Vomitting. I took her straight tot he vet only to find out the greenies were stuck in her intestines causing a blockage and it also torn her intestines and she had been bleeding internally all day Sunday. I felt like crap!!!! They would not do surgery because they said she would not make it. I had to have Chloe put to sleep.... My whole familys heart was broken. I immediately threw alway all Greenies, wrote the company and have been trying to spread the word. We got Parker a week later. He has helped us heal but we really miss our Chloe. So please no greenies..... and spread the word... thanks - Denise- |
