Sure, that's why Danny bought it for me instead of regular old Hershey Bars or Snickers. I've been eating dark chocolate for my health for about 2-3 years but lately, needing more comfort food tastes, the reason I bought the junk chocolate bars. Always wanted to try extreme dark but never could find the extreme dark in the stores myself. Haha - but maybe I wasn't looking that hard!
Was pretty shocked at how bitter the Lindt is compared to Hershey dark chocolate but then this stuff is akin to medicine in taste and health benefits in that its cocoa content is so high. Haven't checked the package but bet the sugar fat content minimal, the taste bitter. You DO get your chocolate fix quickly with it. I know I need it which cannot explain after speed walking 26 mins. today, lifting my weights this morning, I scarfed down 2 Reese's Cups 3 hours later! Oh, well, salad tonight.
