There's a big difference in not following the vets orders of using the E-collar and not following the re-coop time for playing. These pups bounce back fast after spay surgeries but that does not mean they are healed, what you see on the outside does not mean internally she is just as healed. I've been through this and yes, it's tough to keep them calm, and yes, heartbreaking to see them cry wanting to play, but, you must follow the vets instructions. As you have seen, mild playing turns into wrestling, then zooming, then the pouncing. Give Puma at least 10 days of no crazy hard play, that's only a few more days.
