Although my husband has not played golf during the covid-19 stay-at-home, they also seem to sense the days of the week of his regular 3-day per week golf tee-times. They get up before dawn to eat breakfast with him, then return to bed to sleep i with me until I am ready to start the day. On non-golfing days they will stay snuggled in with us as late as we want to sleep in, and are happy to wait as much as two hours later for their breakfast! |
That's Duchess.......it's exactly what she does. Around noon, she stares at me with her best pitiful look, if that doesn't work, she starts whining. And than if that doesn't work....she starts barking. Repeat again in the evening just before dinner. When it's a rainy day she doesn't beg to go outside although she loves playing in the rain.....it's like she knows I don't like walking her in the rain.
My cat is the same way......insist on morning and evening cuddles......but than again, she only seems to do it around feeding time.......can't really tell with cats if they love you or just want to be fed.
