I think that might be where my problem lies. Jager has been very spoiled his whole life. I got him the day he was born and bottled fed him. He is very attached to me, thinks I'm the mommy cat and for the past 7 years its been me and him, though he did adjust very well to my boyfriend when we moved in, but all his life he's been the only pet. So I'm sure there is a lot of jealously going on with him. But to be honest Jager has been getting more attention and treats since the arrival of Lady, my boyfriend and I make it a point not to ignore Jager for this exact reason. I am just so scared that Jager is going to hurt Lady, he gets this nasty look to him when he sees her. And today they are all alone with out me watching. I am going to go home for lunch, but as I write this I'm still worried. |
