Maybe you could also write everything down for them to give to the vet. I understand your frustrations, I really need to talk to my vet about a certain issue and I can’t. I just keep hoping and praying things start going back to normal. I can’t send Ollie in by himself due to his issues and they don’t take into consideration for dogs that can’t due that.
