Green beans you can buy the frozen cut beans and give that thawed, carrots can be fresh, I have bigger yorkies 12 lbs, i peel then cut the carrot in 1/2 down the middle, then cut it in 1/2 again down the middle, I give it raw. You can cook the carrot and dice it if you want to mix it in with his food.
