I'd been to this Popeye's for take-out order of fried chicken years before, wasn't impressed, so didn't expect much from "the" sandwich that has been such a hit but it met every expectation. A second one can't possibly be that good, can it?
And yes, 98% of Dallas restaurants I've been to are pretty great, clean, mostly overcrowded with huge servings of food. All but the fanciest serve enough food at a single meal for 3 diners to share if we did things like that!
