Well, he might be jet lag from flying and he is in a new home so he is probably adjusting and is nervous. If you give the little guy time he will start eating and playing and becoming comfortable thats what my Yorkie did. When I first got mine she slept and didn't eat right away and she did actually throw up a little bit I think they just need to adjust to the new people and home. Maybe if u sit on the floor and feed him or something like that.
