I'm a cuticle-cutting chick-chick-chicken so I'll do anything to avoid clipping toy dogs' toenails. Every since they were available, I've used a dognail grinder, the $19.95 one at Walmart was not too loud or too powerful for Tibbe and bought 2 or 3 over time. Change batteries as they run down.
