When my dog gets gassy I give her very gentle tummy rubs and I can actually feel the gas moving along in her intestines. Usually after a belly rub she acts a lot better. Their intestines are small and gas can easily get trapped and slow things down. Also, and this is simple, did anybody check his anal glands? Yorkies with blocked anal glands will sometimes refuse to eat because they don’t want to poop as it is uncomfortable for them to do so.
