Oh, no! Pizza is the love of my heart! Wish I could eat when stressed but I'm just the opposite - stomach just closes up and food is out. But I love junk food and fast food when I can have some. Have come to love healthy stuff, too. Been throwing a whole lot of fresh, uncooked vegetables, some raisins, salt-free nuts and maybe an apple and/or orange, fresh blueberries, etc.,into a blender and get like a thick, thick smoothie. I always add a bit of extra extra virgin olive oil to the blender. Or add something like raw potato to thicken it more, spoon it into a bowl, heat it up piping hot, makes a great, fresh, healthy veg soup, seasoning optional. Top w/thin, thin slice of onion, parsley, kale bits, ketchup, whatever, Add some white-meat chicken or bit of beef cubes and you have a veg chicken or veg beef soup. So you've had a whole day's full of different fruits and vegetables in one bowl of tangy soup. And it's healthy as can be, with all the fiber and goodness from skins, hulls, etc.. You don't feel overly full yet you've all these fresh, healthy minerals, fiber and vitamins in you and have lots of energy.
The preparation for washing, storing all those fresh veggies and fruits, storing them properly so they don't rot, go brown or soft, is harrowing though, a whole
lot of work after you unpack your groceries. So is the slicing to get large vegetables small enough to blend well. But, once the prep is over, the rest is easy.
