I don’t have experience with Dr. Harvey’s (not a fan), but I assume they mean 4-6oz of the protein “source”, not the actual protein (so 4-6oz of whole egg measured after cooking).
I have used BalanceIt. While it is a good product, the amino acids in it do produce an unappealing scent (and probably taste). While I could not find the calories per teaspoon information, I did look at the ingredient list again. Vitamin/mineral supplements without added fats tend to contain very few, if any, calories. I would venture to guess there is a typo. It is more like 5-10 calories per day coming from the supplement.
