I asked about the daily pony tail, because of people hair. That is, how it pulls the hair follicles that direction, how it pulls hair out, how it can bald after years of the same daily. So Thank You. I was a bit worried.
Katy has been wearing Barrettes, tucked up between the front of her pony tail and head. She's really pretty good about it all. (better than I would have thought)

Surprised look LOL, she's such a little sweetie, so cute. The barrette she is wearing is what I was referring to. I have them in several colors, the only thing I have left from my girls that never wore a top knots. They would pull it off or one of the others would pull it off lol, I'm so happy Cody leaves his alone. He wears them only in the house, they are all girly colors, he can't reach the mirror so he doesn't know what color it is
. I don't use any latex bands in the house, I just clip it up out of his eyes. The latex bands I cut out with a special scissor made just for that. Just clipping hair up won't cause bald spots and hair follicles do not get pulled in any one direction.
And it is a GREAT photo of sweet Miss Katy.
