Thank you for sharing. I've seen a lot of posts here about cheerios used for training.

I quit buying any kind of ready breakfast cereal for myself years ago. They put so much sugar in it and unnecessary things like starch, which helps it stay crispy but is absolutely unnecessary to eat for breakfast. I make granola for myself - i urge everyone to try takes hardly half hour, use plain rolled oats, you can adjust it to your liking however you want, add nuts, dried fruits, spices, sea salt, chocolate nibs and all those nutritional things and store in airtight container for weeks.

As for Mike, I make him little oat crackers/biscuits for training and they store very well in the fridge for few weeks as well.
