Did you take your baby to your vet for a wellness check when you got him. Did your vet tell you no interaction with strangers, no outdoors until he has had all his shots which is usually at 5 / 5 1/2 moths old. You do not have to socialize a puppy when they are 9 weeks old, you are putting your puppy at risk of catching Parvo which can be fatal with puppies.
