Had to carry a red brick across country so it smelled like the home spot. Learned this when we went to visit my sister just up the road (2 hour drive) and he did not go either for over 12 hours. After that we started carrying the brick with us everywhere we went with his little Highness. Would give almost anything to have him back for just a few moments but it is not possible and I don't think I could ever do another little guy. I've looked at several but never was able to see them as anyone except my Prince Charming. |
Doggy doors aren’t safe for average sized Yorkies unless you have it going to a outside kennel that has a top. I have a doggy door but none of my Yorkies are small The girls are 15 pounds and the boys are 12 and 13. The only one that has access to it at night though is my oldest who has Cushings. The youngest two prefer to sleep in their crates and I wouldn’t want them out at night when everyone is sleeping.
