I am just glad he is doing much better now. He still has a mark but it is slowly going away. Trying to find him a forever home. He is the sweetest dog but can be leash reactive so the rescue group does not want to give him to s first time dog owner and they need to mention his issues beforehand. This means it will take time to find him the right home.
