If your pup has allergies ask your vet about giving her Cytopoint injections or Apoquel pills. Licking feet can be a sign of allergies. My boy gets Cytopoint shots for his allergies, he scratches a lot and licks his paws, the Cytopoint or Apoquel helps relieve itchiness but you have to make sure it's allergies the pup has.
Seems to me your vet is not helping to figure out what your baby has, may be time to seek a new vet.
