Yes, dew claws are on all 4 legs, some of my pups one in the back was not removed as a baby. If it is the dew claw it can curl like a Rams horn. I had that issue with one of my girls, every 2 weeks I had to take her to the groomer to have it snipped the wee lil bit that it grew, it took many, many months to get it to a normal size. Cody has one dew claw on his hind leg, I always remind the groomer to snip it, I don't want another Ram horn nail. Another of my now passed girls had one that if not clipped monthly it would cut into her hind leg.
