Sometimes those courses are sponsored by a certain product maker or company so they push certain products and facts to make it seem like the best thing. I have learned with studies, documentaries and stuff like that, that you have to fully know who is 100% behind them. Like there is some dog food documentary out there about dog food that bashes dry dog food and promotes raw dog food and its done by a raw dog food company. There is so much information out there these days ya just gotta be careful.
