He should still be with his mom until 12 weeks and he might could be a little stressed. Keep watch on his gums and if they are pale it means he is hypoglycemic and needs nutrical or something with sugar in it. If he is throwing up you definitely need to get him to the vet. Do not take him to the park until all of his shots. Even you or your other dog could pick up parvo from the park and give it to the puppy.
