Considering many 2 pounds dogs get the rabies vaccine I really don’t feel that that will go well as an excuse for breaking the law. Some how I’m guessing the pup has no vaccines and that is really dangerous. Nobody really thinks their dog will bite but sometimes things happen. Paid job or not the humane society must be on site that also is a law. Rabies really isn’t a horrible vaccine infact it saves dogs from getting an illness that can’t be treated. I highly doubt they will let you on that plane without a rabies shot and honestly I don’t blame them it sets they up for some serious lawsuits if something happens.
