Hi I’m lolking for answers from those with flight experience. We will be flying from CA to NY soon with my 2lb yorkie. We are flying because my yorkie has a job in NY. I am concerned and don’t know if we should turn down the job because I don’t know what is required. He DOES NOT AND WILL NOT GET A RABIES VACCINE - much too dangerous for us. Is that required when you board the plane or get to the other state?

Would a simple health certificate suffice? Do I need any of that at all?

He will be in cabin with me.
