It’s not about judging small Yorkies it’s that you don’t breed for them to be tiny on purpose. When breeders breed for tiny they ignore health issues just to get the smallest and that’s not ok. It sounds like you went into a pet store to buy your last yorkie and I would encourage you not to do that because pet store puppies come from puppy mills and that is definitely not a good thing to support.
