He looks adorable to me! His legs/paws in this cut look sooo cute)) Most yorkies have they ears up that's why the ones with floppy ears do not look "typical"
Our boy is 5 months old as well and is around 6.5lbs, and I would like him to be on the bigger side. Less worry about injuries.

Also, potty training is not the reason to give a dog away((( they require guidance, consistency, praise and love from you in order to train well.
