I don’t think it’s typical. Mine love love love other people and they like other dogs. Penny will drive you nuts she loves people so much lol. Silky and and Yorkies are different due to other issues not coats but she looks like a yorkie. Most dogs honestly should never be off leash if not in a fenced in area but especially not a terrier. They are very trainable. My oldest boy is a trick dog with several titles and my puppy is an AKC star puppy. Two right now have their Canine Good Citizen. Smart dogs just a bit stubborn.
