I understand that this is a big issue to many. But until the standard is changed, if the docking is done at a time where there is the least amount of pain possible, I think we need to focus on other issues that threaten this breed more. Such as liver shunts that are becoming more and more common, the large amount of Yorkshires in rescues, and the large amount of them bred too small to be "teacups". This is something we all can agree and work together to change. JMO. |
