Definitely see a neurologist and get an xray of the entire spine.
DO give the anti-seizure med - every single dose. Almost all seizure meds cause drowsiness at first (in people too), however, it's extremely important that you prevent her poor little body from any more seizures. Don't worry about tiredness - bc that's all it is - a side effect. You do want to worry about the possibility of more seizures bc they are far worse than being sedated.
