Kibble cleaning teeth is a myth. Unless you're feeding a specifically formulated kibble MADE for helping oral health (such as prescription food), it doesn't do much more than a human chewing hard pretzels to clean teeth. In other words -- not much.

Feeding wet food all the time is fine if one can afford it. Just brush the teeth for best results with teeth.
