The other thing I found interesting is that a vet said that at least 90% of people leave the room. The vet said it is the worst thing you can do because your pet is looking for you to be there. How can anyone leave their pets at the one time they need them the most. I stay with my babies until the end. |
As much as I feel I cannot see my baby leave me I absolutely must be there to hold them tight against my heart so they feel safe in my arms, and I always whisper in their ear they are a good girl and kiss them so they feel my love. It is the hardest thing to do, some ppl cannot do it, I cannot, but for the sake of my sweet babies I have had to make myself do it, then I fall apart. No matter how prepared we think we are, we never are.
