I have the bottle here...

Distilled water
grapefruit seed extract
propietary blend of herbs
fermented corn distillate

I wonder if the corn distillate is alcohol? I can't find where it says the percentage of that.

The main ingredient in Life for Teeth and Brush Away is grapefruit seed extract. Grapefruit seed extract, Grape seed extract, Thyme oil, Neem oil, Rosemary oil, and Peppermint oil. These are all specially formulated with distilled water and grain alcohol...

I sprayed some in my mouth once...didn't especially care for the taste though. LOL Maddie sure doesn't mind it though!
