You have certainly rec'd a lot of negative feedback about Banfield, but as I said earlier, our family is very happy with the Banfield Clinic they use. I use a different clinic, mostly because we needed access to emergency services for our late Katy.
There is some stress involved (for you and the little one) any time a beloved fur-kid requires grooming or vet services. Half the battle is establishing a relationship with those who provide the services. I've never been shy about all this with those who provide services and hope you won't be either.
I do think about you and Freya with the vet and groomer. Hope you are able to overcome this issue soon. --KatysMom
