Does any one have a dog that gets excited and reverse sneezes? It only happens when I come home after being gone for any amount of time. I know its not collapsing trachea because my moms yorkie had it pretty bad and Callie has a mild case of it and it does not sound like that at all. If I cover her nose for a few seconds and she gets her breathing under control it stops and shes fine. Sometimes during high allergy times she will do it several times during the day and the vet recommended trying benadryl during allergy times when she is doing it and it seems to do that trick.
