Default I need a yorkie whisperer expert

Agghhh! Molly is driving us nuts! She is now 7 1/2 mo old. Potty training was better when she was 3 months old than now. For all you yorkie whisperers out there help us! When I'm gone I leave all 4 dogs in the entry way/kitchen area. Its probably 500 sq feet or bigger. So not like a kennel at all. If I'm gone for 6 hours she holds it but when we get home its a dash to run outside. She runs out and pees if we've been gone.
Now for the problem! I know they are difficult to train..so all you out there wanting a yorkie and not believing this..they are difficult to train! Plan on replacing carpet! We have all hardwoods thruout the house but still a pain. I work from home and she sits on the deck most of the day...comes in to pee on the floor inside! Will only poop on hard surfaces...so the deck and my living room are the places that happens.
I know everyone said take them for a walk..they get used to the idea that's when to go but its snowy here all winter and she hates her feet to get wet. PLus all 4 run and play all day out in the fenced yard so she doesn't need the exercise. We haven't found a harness yet that will hold her either. She jumps up twists around until it pops off then away she goes. Shes a runner and I'm tired of chasing her thru neighborhoods to get her. Luckily the last time she was afraid of the fire hydrant and stopped to bark at it. Grabbed her and that was her last walk.

Since she goes out when I've been gone I know she

A. Can hold it long periods

B. Knows she suppose to go outside to pee

Just can't figure out why when I'm home its a peeathon in the house??
