How long did y’all keep your males on crate rest after being neutered? When Joey was neutered it was only him and Callie and she was not big into playing so he didn’t have to be crated but with Ollie it’s different because he has Penny who keeps trying to pounce him and play. Right now I have him in a play pen in the living room and he is miserable but not from pain just from being separated. The vet said take him out on a leash for 7 days but does he need to be in a pen that whole time? Opinions? Advice?
