I'm so sorry your little one is dealing with something for which there seems an elusive diagnosis.
My guess that it's time for a second opinion or, as Wylie's Mom suggested, a specialist.
At least I believe that anxiety is really a bad state for these little ones. It's not a condition I would want to prolong.
My late senior sweetie did have some allergies. Her vet put Katy on a Chlorhexidine shampoo--we used it twice a week.
